A Community Action Group brings local people together to help protect, improve and strengthen their community.
By keeping informed about local council decisions, identifying issues that affect residents, and raising community concerns directly with councillors and council, the group helps ensure local voices are heard.

If your community doesn’t already have a Community Action Group, you can help start one.
You don’t need previous council or political experience — just an interest in your local community and a willingness to help ensure residents have a voice.
